Non-smoking room, magnificent views, easygoing staff. American breakfast, splendid food. Beautiful location to a large public park. The stay at this very good budget hotel was a relaxing one.

If you visit instituto cultural cabanas, just 5 minutes walk, fenix is a good option to stop over.
